Celebrating Mahashivratri Through Seva Guruji Sangat of Seattle Supports Issaquah Food Bank

On the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri, the Guruji Sangat of Seattle came together not just in prayer, but in purposeful action. Guided by Guruji’s teachings of unconditional love and selfless service (Seva), our Sangat organized a special food donation drive to support the Issaquah Food & Clothing Bank.

Mahashivratri celebrates the overcoming of darkness and ignorance. By contributing to our local food bank, we aimed to bring the light of hope and nourishment to our neighbors in need. We believe that serving humanity is the highest form of worship.

We are incredibly grateful to every member of the Sangat who contributed to this initiative. Together, we are working to ensure that no one in our Issaquah community goes hungry.
